$30 - one visit per month
OR
$115 – 4-5 visits per month (weekly visits)

Interior AND Exterior Visitation: $75 – one visit per month OR $275 – 4-5 visits/month (weekly
visits)

  • Mail, packages, & paper retrieval

  • Check doors, screens, windows, and other points of entry to ensure that they are secure, and no damage, water, or signs of unauthorized entry are present

  • Visual inspection of pool/spa water levels & skimming (net must be provided) depending on season

  • Visual inspection of pool cover

  • Check boat & other watercraft (visual & no boarding)

  • Visual inspection of landscaping

  • Garbage cans in respective place(s)

  • Ensure garage door is operational & secure

  • Visual inspection of patio furniture

  • Inspect hose bibs for leaks/running water

  • Visual inspection of exterior vents (bird nests, obstructions, etc.)

  • Management of landscapers & other contractors (on request)

  • Start cars (on request)

  • Visual inspection of all rooms

  • Check alarm system

  • Run water in all sinks, tubs, & showers

  • Flush all toilets

  • Inspect ceilings & walls for leaks

  • A/C or heat settings: Winter 65°/ Summer 74° (or otherwise specified by client) 

  • Check breaker box

  • Listen for smoke detector low battery signal

  • Check that refrigerator/freezer is operational

  • Check humidity levels

  • Check A/C drip pan

  • Inspect all doors & windows (leaks, intrusion, etc.)

  • Run garbage disposal

  • Management of cleaners & other contractors (on request)

  • Plant watering (on request)

  • Report any strange odors

Interior

$45 - one visit per month
OR
$160 – 4-5 visits per month (weekly visits)

Interior AND Exterior Visitation: $75 – one visit per month OR $275 – 4-5 visits/month (weekly
visits)

***Additional inspection points are able to be customized on request. Additional fees may be incurred based on square footage & additional requests.***
